The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do your wash windows?
    Yes, we not wash windows.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No, I provide all the supplies and equipment. So unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use, you don't have to worry about at thing.
  • Do you clean commercial properties?
    Yes, we clean both commercial and residential properties.
  • Can I schedule a 1-time cleaning?
    Yes. We do 1-time cleanings for moving out, moving in, guests coming, spring cleaning, whatever you need.

I currently accept cash or check.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, I need 48 hours notice.  In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, talk to me and we can work things out.   I know life happens, and I want you to be happy.

I get the job done just right every time!  Listening to your needs is my #1 priority.  If you are not satisfied, I will come back and clean it again.  I want your house to be the best it can be.
